Community Advisory Committee (CAC) - 2011 -12 Membership List - Coming Soon

The CAC is an advisory committee to the SELPA JPA Board with 21 members. It is made up of parents, educators and representatives from public and private agencies concerned with special education. Pursuant to SELPA policy, CAC members are appointed annually by local school boards and serve two-year staggered terms.

Meeting - September 27, 2011 - 1:00 to 3:00 pm in South Co.
Meeting - November 30, 2011 - 9:00 to 11:00 am in North Co.
Meeting - March 1, 2012 - 9:00 to 11:00 am in South Co.
Meeting - May 30, 2012 - 1:00 to 3:00 pm in North Co.

The Joint Powers Agency (JPA) is the governing board for the Santa Barbara County SELPA. It is made up of nine superintendents from the Local Education Agencies in Santa Barbara County.
