Welcome to the SBCSELPA Community Advisory Committee

The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) is a SBCSELPA committee that represents parents, educators, and community agencies and works to support the operation of the SBCSELPA Local Plan – the local requirements for ensuring a free appropriate public education (FAPE) for all individuals with exceptional needs in Santa Barbara County.

SBCSELPA CAC Meeting Dates for the 2024-2025 School Year (All Monday Dates)

Meetings will be from 9:30-11:00 a.m. In-Person at the Buellton Recreation Center & via Zoom unless otherwise announced.

CURRENT MEETING AGENDA: The 2023-24 CAC Meetings have all taken place. The 2024-25 schedule will be posted as soon as it is confirmed.

CAC meetings are currently being held in-person with a virtual option via Zoom until further notice. Please contact Lindsay MacDonald at lmacdonald@sbcselpa.org for additional information. Regularly, all meetings are open to the public and will be held at the Buellton Recreation Center, 301 2nd Street, Buellton, CA beginning at 9:30 a.m. on the scheduled meeting date.
